Authors Instructions
In the following there are the instructions for the final version of your paper (either long or short paper).
PLEASE do note that the final and firm deadline for submitting the final version of your paper is the 27th of January, very firm deadline.
We need the source files (LATEX files with all the associated style files, special fonts and eps or bib files, or Word or rtf files) and the final pdf of your paper, plus copyright forms according to the Springer LNCS proceedings styleguide (please carefully consider http://www.springer.com/computer/lncs?SGWID=0-164-6-793341-0 ).
Copyright Form
In order to be published, at least one author of each paper must sign the Consent to Publish form.
For your copyright form, please use the following contents:
- Title of the Book/Volume/Conference: The 11th International Symposium on Web and Wireless Geographical Information Systems
- Volume Editor(s): Sergio Di Martino, Adriano Peron, and Taro Tezuka
Otherwise, a pre-filled copyright form can be downloaded here.
For submitting the final version of papers, you can upload a single ZIP file, containing the PDF, the source files and the signed Copyright form, using the EasyChair system or email it to the W2GIS Organizing Committee (w2gis2012@gmail.com).
